MY CURRENT PUBLICATIONS

Here is where you will find my current works that are out in publication. I hope that you will check them out and maybe get a chance to read one of them. I am a little biased when it comes to my stories, but that’s because I wrote them and I love every little bit of them. But I ask you not to take my word for it, just read what some of my readers had to say about each of them and then you can decide if you want to join in on the reading!

The Loophole

When Rylee’s dad gives her current relationship the thumbs down, she and her best friend construct the perfect plan to help change his mind.

Enter Manny and his wacky shenanigans. What ensues is a crazy ride of bad dates, bad jokes, and loads of fun.

Everything goes according to plan until hearts begin to open and feelings start to change causing Rylee’s brilliant plan to completely derail.

“I started this book and literally couldn’t put it down! I completely fell in love with Manny and Rylee! Very great life lessons in the mix of an amazing storyline!!”

“I instantly fell in love with the characters and could not put the book down. I love the wittiness and comical person Manny is. As the story continued I felt the passion and heartbreak, it was very touching. Overall I loved it and would definitely recommend to others.”

“So many issues brought up in The Loophole. Good discussion book for youth thinking about relationships/marriage.

Hitting on all cylinders with this story.”

“Manny was major delightful with a fantastic sense of humor and a big heart for the underdog.

Got a winner here.”

No One Knows About You

Brianna Click is just trying to stay above a failing grade in History so she won’t be kicked off the dance squad. She is forced to seek out the help of those on the opposite side of the social spectrum–nerds. When all acceptable options run out, she’s faced with one last lifeline if she can bring herself to ask him.

Ricardo Amaya is just trying to survive high school and the bullies that exist within its walls. He hopes to make it out as unscathed as possible. The last thing he expects is his biggest crush asking him for help.

They don’t anticipate life-change, but when their very different universes collide out of necessity, eyes are opened and hearts are transformed; though change rarely comes without heartache and anguish

“It was refreshing to hear from the perspective of a male main character. Ricardo is so endearing – I found myself quickly rooting for him. This is a great read that young adults and adults would enjoy!”

“Read this book in just a few days…couldn’t put it down! Captivating writing draws you right in. The characters are well-developed and the storyline is a true journey back to younger days of self-discovery, first love, and social maneuvering. It’s very refreshing to see an author tackle a male protagonist’s journey through the raw and honest emotions of high school life.”

“I don’t even know where to begin. This book is such a great read I could probably read it over and over, (you know as you do with a good movie). The author definitely added his personality and sense of humor into this one. I can’t wait for another book by Paco Montoya. He’s definitely my new favorite author.”

“I could not put this book down! It was so captivating and made you fall in love with the characters. The rollercoaster of feelings reading this was amazing! Anger, sadness, hunger, happiness, and butterflies. I cried a few times. I loved this book and highly recommend it!!”
